Camp Broadway is a collaborative musical theatre intensive presented by The Plaza Arts Center and The Arts Barn, designed for young performers who want to train, create, and grow in a professional, supportive environment. Participants in grades 3 through 8 spend the week immersed in Broadway-style instruction, including singing, dancing, acting, and ensemble work, led by experienced teaching artists and students. Through technique classes, rehearsals, and performance-based learning, students build confidence, sharpen their skills, and gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to be a well-rounded performer. The week culminates in a final showcase, giving campers the opportunity to share their work on stage and celebrate their growth as artists.
All participants must be rising 3rd to rising 8th grade.
Registration for Camp Broadway opens on February 2nd. Register at plazacenter.org/summer-camps-and-youth-classes/
"It was so fun! The kids did a an amazing job, especially considering they only practiced for a week. Great campers, great counselors and an incredible director!"

"As a mom, it was reassuring each day to see my daughter run in with a big smile at the beginning of the day and then back out with an even bigger one at the end of the day. I could tell she loved the camp activities and the instructors. As an arts educator, I was so impressed by the quality of the dancing, music, and acting. Every child appeared to have a unique moment on stage. I was thrilled to see how Camp Broadway sparked her love for the stage and caused her to get more involved with her own school's theatre program."
